Come join us for Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, Self-defense, Kenpo, Baqua, Hsing-I, open hand forms, weapon forms with traditional staff, short staff, traditional fan, Chin na joint locking, Chinese Broad sword, Chinese Jian sword, Kung Fu spear and Tai Chi spear.

Enjoy conditioning your body, mind and spirit as you spar with your fellow students or cultivate your inner chi as you move through the slow, gentle movements of Tai chi.

Learn from a teacher with 22 years of training and 10 years of teaching.

Teaching students ranging from 13 years old to 100.
